The Role

We’re seeking an Area Operations Coach to lead and support a group of restaurants within our brand. This is a multi-unit leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and people development. As the Area Coach, you’ll inspire General Managers, Managers, and Team Members to deliver outstanding results while ensuring every guest enjoys the best possible experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and develop high-performing teams by mentoring GMs and supporting succession planning.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution, local business planning, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and KPI assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability for your assigned zone.
• Oversee facilities to ensure restaurants are safe, clean, and fully operational.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze financials, manage budgets, and drive results.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting franchisor marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and operational reporting tools.

Physical & Work Environment

This role requires regular travel within your assigned zone, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in a fast-paced, restaurant environment that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
