Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Area Operations Coach to oversee all operations within an assigned wing of restaurants. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Operations, with a focus on achieving top-tier productivity and operational excellence across all units.

You will own KPIs and financial performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and coach General Managers to meet performance targets. Expect regular in-person visits and leadership development across the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years multi-unit food service leadership experience recommended.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own KPIs and financial performance for your wing.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and holding General Managers accountable.
• Spend four days weekly in restaurants visiting all dayparts.
• Develop managers and succession planning, coaching for growth.
• Conduct in-person visits, bi-weekly one-on-ones with GMs, and regular huddle calls.
