Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of multi-unit food service experience recommended.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to work with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of catering, food preparation, and planning; familiarity with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own KPIs and financial performance for the assigned wing.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting; hold GMs accountable.
• Support staffing and succession planning; develop managers.
• Visit restaurants weekly across dayparts; conduct one-on-ones and huddle calls.
