• Experience leading QA teams in field construction or similar.
• Ability to develop and implement QC procedures and workflows.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Inspection Coordination: organize daily field inspections of fiber construction sites to ensure compliance with project specs and industry standards.
• Team Leadership: lead quality control technicians to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and effective performance.
• Vendor Compliance: monitor and ensure vendors follow branding, signage, and contractual requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records of inspections with reports, photos, and non-conformance issues.
• Travel Coordination: manage team travel to inspections and trainings.
• Training and Development: train QC technicians on procedures and safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety regulations and conduct audits with corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: optimize QC processes for efficiency and quality.
• Technology Utilization: use inspection and reporting tools to improve data accuracy.
