Job summary

CSL in Charleston, WV seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales professional to promote CSL products and manage distributors to achieve territory sales targets.

The role focuses on building relationships with key accounts and KOLs, expanding new business, and supporting education programs at scientific congresses and patient organizations while aligning with the marketing strategy and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in science or business.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical field sales experience.
• Proven success in expanding market share and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes CSL products and manages distributors to hit territory sales targets.
• Promotes products to call points to meet regional targets.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and external clients including KOLs.
• Facilitates development of new accounts and grows existing ones.
• Supports education programs with presentations at conferences and patient organization meetings.
• Provides input to the marketing strategy.
• Ensures compliant customer contact and promotional activities with SOPs.

• Responsible for promotion of CSL products and managing business development/distributors to achieve sales targets
• Promotes products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets, consistent with regional/corporate direction
• Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and external clients to increase awareness of product offerings; establishes and maintains high level scientific relationships with KOL key opinion leaders
• Facilitates development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts
• Supports education programs, providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences and patient organization meetings
• Provides input to the marketing strategy
• Ensures customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating proceduresQualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
