Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, logistics or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field preferred.
• 2 years Walmart logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement the business plan and goals for the area.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, duties and workloads to meet goals.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders within the area.
• Manage QA guidelines, procedures and programs to improve efficiency and inventory integrity.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
