Job summary

Walmart in Plainfield, IN is seeking a full-time logistics supervisor to manage staffing, scheduling, and performance within a high-volume facility. You will implement the business plan for your area, ensure safety standards, and drive improvements in productivity and inventory integrity.

You will lead and develop associates and leaders, coach performance, and coordinate with ISD and vendors to troubleshoot systems while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
or Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field
or 2 years Walmart logistics experience
or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
Monitor productivity and analyze business reports.
Ensure training on Logistics policies and safety standards.
Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns.
Lead and develop associates and leaders; coach and evaluate performance.
Oversee QA guidelines and maintain inventory integrity.
