Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or 2 years Walmart logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Candidates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally or in writing to implement the business plan and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure QA guidelines and safety standards across the area of responsibility.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and giving feedback.
• Oversee system maintenance, problem resolution with ISD, and support for current and future software applications.
