Job summary

This role requires training at an operating site, 2+ weeks away from home, with travel booked by Amazon. Open to overnight, weekend and midweek schedules, with potential schedule changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years Amazon experience or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and weather.
• Maintain flexible weekend and overnight schedules.
