Amazon is hiring an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You’ll drive delivery promises and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires open flexibility for 10-hour overnight shifts and a front-half or back-half schedule, with training at an operating site up to 10 weeks away from the home site.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures.
