Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs in and around Los Angeles, CA. You’ll be accountable for operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability at each site.

You will liaise with program managers, educators, parents, school staff, licensing agencies, and central office. The role includes HR responsibilities, mentoring staff, and driving growth while meeting licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing multiple sites (5+ sites preferred).
• Knowledge of child care licensing regulations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
