Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management.
• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
• Born leader with a strong work ethic and high standards.
• Strong understanding of store operations and scheduling.
• Thrives in goal-driven environments with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication to present products effectively.
• Passion for delivering a unique customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and stay flexible in a collaborative setting.
