Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in changing environments.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, especially in spreadsheets, financials, inventory and production planning applications.
• Ability to develop, execute and deliver results per action plans.
• May require hazardous waste training or inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of assigned manufacturing areas per procedures.
• Ensure safe manufacture and a safe work environment and compliance with safety policies.
• Train and develop subordinate supervisory staff.
• Maintain staffing to meet production schedules.
• Lead annual budgeting process for areas of responsibility.
• Deliver results and drive process improvements.
• Hire and develop employees in line with policies and EEO requirements.
• Implement lean, TOC, interference management and NEI processes.
