You will lead the plant leadership team to transform the operations workforce into a customer-centric, engaged team.

The role emphasizes Lean transformation, capacity planning, cost reduction, and cross-functional collaboration with EHS, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineers to deliver continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (in a technical field preferred) or 10 years of related manufacturing experience in a lean environment.
• Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence all elements of their area to achieve productivity and safety goals.
• Manage productivity and implement Lean principles across value streams.
• Develop current and future state value stream maps and continuous improvement plans.
• Be highly visible to associates and promote hands-on problem solving.
• Develop and monitor standard work, train teams, and ensure adherence to policies.
