Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly staff within our fulfillment network, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time customer delivery. You will mentor the team and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to hit business objectives, while adapting to varying site conditions and shift demands.

Experience includes 2+ years in people management or Amazon experience; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, with flexibility for
