Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle various physical tasks.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in a variable noise and temperature environment.
• Manage staircase movement where applicable.
