Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with expected completion between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enrolled in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn to coach, manage and develop a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
• Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an intern project.
• Walk the floor to lead from the floor and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
