Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is offering a ten-week Area Manager Intern program located within Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, and delivery stations. This internship focuses on coaching a team of 50–100 associates, guiding a project, and gaining leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Applicants should be enrolled in an eligible bachelor's program with completion expected between December 2027 and August 2028, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with expected completion between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong communication skills and customer service abilities are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Learn to coach, manage and develop a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
• Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an intern project.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work shifts that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Oversee truck deliveries and perform packaging tasks as needed.
