Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with anticipated completion between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn to coach, manage and develop a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
• Drive standard work and an intern project.
• Lead on-floor operations and shift management.
• Support shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with a typical 4-day work week.
• Oversee deliveries, pallet handling and equipment operation.
