Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with Safety, Engineering, and HR, and ensuring readiness for peak periods. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with flexibility for non-standard shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon experience, OR 6+ years of military experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
