Amazon.com Services LLC in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives and deliver orders on time.

The role involves lifting up to 49 pounds, extended shifts, and working in environments with variable temperatures and noise. A flexible schedule including weekends/overnight shifts is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and push/pull/squat/bend/reach.
• Work in varying noise levels and weather conditions, including refrigerated environments.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
