Amazon.com Services LLC in Perris, CA is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly workers and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will engage the team during shifts to maintain high standards and meet customer delivery promises.

The role involves coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Q.A., and HR to reach business objectives; lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long shifts are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.
