Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly staff, drive safety, quality, and delivery performance, and align with cross-functional partners. You will mentor employees, manage staffing needs, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

The role supports a dynamic fulfillment network across multiple sites in CO and beyond. The position requires 2+ years in people or performance management, a flexible schedule including weekends or nights, and a Bachelor’s

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• A Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in an environment with variable temperatures and weather
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable
