Amazon.com Services LLC in Hollister, CA is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates and drive safety, quality, attendance and performance across shifts. You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet delivery objectives and continuously improve operations.

The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and long hours with a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of people-management experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent,

Competenze

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in variable, potentially loud, and outdoor-adjacent environments
• Adapt to sites with stairs and variable temperatures
