Amazon Inc. is seeking an Area Manager II to lead a team of hourly associates at a fulfillment center.

You will engage and mentor staff to ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance while meeting customer delivery expectations across multiple workflows. You will partner cross-functionally with Safety, HR, Quality, and other teams to implement scalable improvements, analyze performance data, and drive data-driven decisions that impact millions of orders.

Competenze

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
