Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an Area Manager II, Fulfilment Center Operations to lead a large, diverse team and ensure safety while maintaining high productivity. You will oversee daily operations, monitor process efficiency, and align with other teams to meet demand across our Fulfilment Centre.

You will work with engineers and leaders to analyze data, manage escalations, and implement process improvements in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or working towards one.
• Full proficiency in written and verbal Turkish and English.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to meet demand while upholding safety standards.
• Analyze data and performance metrics with leaders to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to stay on track with targets.
