Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Sarasota, FL is seeking a results-driven healthcare business development professional to serve as the primary liaison with referral sources, physicians and hospitals, promoting the company’s post-acute care services. You will drive referral growth and educate partners about program requirements to improve patient transitions and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field (or nursing/therapy/social work) and 2+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate of nursing, therapy or social work is required or preferred.
• Minimum two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health/hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources to grow accounts.
• Educates referral sources, patients and families about services and program requirements.
• Supports post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
