Job summary

E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of federal and state government contracts across North Texas with frequent travel.

The role is based near San Antonio, TX, and you will drive site visits, lead teams, and ensure contract execution aligns with client expectations. You will report to the Field Operations Director, manage performance, safety, and compliance, and build strong customer relationships while identifying revenue growth opportunities in your

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing multi-site operations with P&L accountability.
• Ability to communicate credibly at executive levels and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own full scope of work across assigned contracts, deliverables, timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers, supervisors, and frontline staff; coaching and decisions as needed.
• Manage P&L, budgets, supply management, and daily/weekly/monthly financial audits.
