Job summary

E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of federal and state government contracts across North Texas. You will visit sites weekly, lead multidisciplinary teams of Project Managers, Supervisors, and frontline staff, and ensure operations run to contract specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing multi-site operations.
• Proven P&L accountability across a portfolio of contracts.
• Ability to influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C-level.
• Strong track record building customer relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full scope of work across assigned contracts: deliverables, timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Manage P&L, budget control, and periodic audits to identify negative trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within the territory.
