Location: 2107 Eastview Parkway NE, Suite 200, Conyers, GA 30013

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Role Description:

The Area Manager is a people-first leader responsible for managing and developing a team of leads and associates in our fulfillment centers. They will drive process improvements, ensure a safe work environment, track operational performance, foster employee engagement, and develop their team. This role offers exposure across departments and shifts, contributing to operational and cultural excellence, and supporting our growth and scalability. The role reports to the Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Manage, build, and develop a team of 30+ warehouse associates (Temp and FTE).
  • Review weekly work forecasts and identify productivity requirements.
  • Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and meet goals.
  • Own operational metric reporting and implement improvements.
  • Ensure teams are trained, understand metrics, and perform effectively.
  • Develop Lead talent with necessary tools, training, and resources.
  • Foster employee engagement through activities and programs.
  • Review and approve associate timecards daily.
  • Serve as the contact for escalated issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
  • Comply with food safety and other relevant policies.
  • Additional duties as necessary.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of people management and operational leadership in a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment, with experience in ecommerce, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI tracking experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Performance management and talent development skills.
  • Decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and plan with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and non-traditional hours.

Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000 base, with total compensation $50,363 - $83,938, plus discretionary bonus opportunity.
