What You'll Do

• Lead safety leadership efforts, ensuring safety is a core value and integrated into daily operations and decisionmaking
• Conduct regular safety audits, lead root cause investigations, and ensure corrective actions are executed effectively
• Analyze recurring issues or process failure points to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement corrective actions
• Identify and correct safety hazards, and practices and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
• Define and measure key performance indicators for success
• Perform inspections of work areas and equipment before, during, and after operations
• Ensure coordinated internal support to reduce delays and rework
• Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability
• Other responsibilities assigned
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy to established standards

What You'll Need

• Proficient in MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred; AutoCAD skills are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of Rolling Mill experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of rolling mill processes and equipment

Your Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
