Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for employees, addressing operational issues.
• Oversee field operations across geographic areas; overnight travel required.
• Monitor and manage tickets through the Northern Lights portal; ensure timely responses.
• Review and approve timecards; coordinate vacation schedules.
• Adjust service maps and locator hours to meet departmental needs.
• Oversee equipment calibration and support field troubleshooting.
• Conduct monthly field and desktop audits for compliance and data accuracy.
• Coordinate client reporting requirements within internal systems.
• Assist with locator training and ongoing field support.
