Base pay range

$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

  1. Implement the business plan for your assigned area by communicating goals, managing staffing, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet facility goals.
  2. Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting, then determine corrective actions or make recommendations.
  3. Monitor and manage productivity through business reports.
  4. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates, ensuring compliance, and maintaining documentation.
  5. Supervise and develop associates and leaders, monitor performance, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
  6. Oversee systems hardware and software installation, repairs, and inventory management.
  7. Troubleshoot systems applications with IT and vendors, supporting system development.
  8. Apply expertise to develop and improve action plans, provide guidance, and align efforts with customer and business needs.
  9. Build relationships with stakeholders, identify needs, monitor progress, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to changes.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and support company values and ethics.
  11. Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace where associates feel supported and connected.
  12. Attract, retain, empower, and develop talent, recognizing contributions.
  13. Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics, and support Walmart’s culture and goals.
  14. Deliver customer results by considering shopping behaviors and applying business models.

The annual salary range is $65,500.00-$98,000.00, with additional bonuses and potential regional pay based on location.
