Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager in Arlington, WA to lead a dynamic maintenance team, develop maintenance strategies, and drive safety, efficiency, and reliability across facilities. You will blend planning, hands-on problem solving, and team leadership to manage preventive programs and emergencies while coordinating with operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience as a baseline.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays.
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of CMMS experience.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office applications experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities.
- Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to boost efficiency.
- Coordinate external contractors while maintaining high service quality.
- Monitor MHE metrics and collaborate to address system performance issues.
