Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver and operate all aspects of the Area Headquarters maintenance program.
• Budget and manage expenditures to stay within budgets and forecast monthly costs.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Direct Pavement and Sign Marking Crews and monitor schedules and productivity.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance operations and safety programs.
• Inspect roads and manage maintenance contracts for compliance.
