Responsibilities include leading preventative maintenance, coordinating with operations, managing emergencies, and coordinating with external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience; 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering growth and performance.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across the site.
• Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with applicable teams to address system performance issues and provide analysis.
