Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon RME FT experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/Supervisory experience.
• CMMS experience and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with external contractors and maintain high-quality service.
• Monitor MHE metrics and analyze system performance.
