Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across the site.
• Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with the team to address system performance issues and provide analysis across operations.
