Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Area Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across Clarksville, IN and surrounding areas. The role focuses on prioritizing work orders, overseeing Make Ready, budgeting with the Property Manager, and implementing preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Experience managing maintenance up to 300 units.
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems).
• Experience working with maintenance budgets.
• Experience as a multi-site maintenance manager (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and supervising a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning.
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.
