Formación

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays as needed.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during site activities.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors while maintaining high service quality.
• Monitor MHE metrics and analyze system performance to drive improvements.
