What You Bring

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Skills in merchandising, cash and inventory control, motivation, team-building, and customer service
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
• Ability to set performance goals and monitor results with upper management
• A 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations with 100+ employees
• Willingness to relocate after training
• A valid driver’s license and automotive insurance
• Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
