What you bring:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Skills in merchandising, cash and inventory control, motivation, team building, and customer service
• Knowledge of profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
• Ability to set performance goals and monitor results with management
• Either a 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years of managing district or regional retail operations
• Willingness to relocate after training completion
• Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
• Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
