Qualifications
  • Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders.
  • Ability to implement merchandising strategies, control cash and inventory, motivate teams, and promote excellent customer service.
  • Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control.
  • Setting and monitoring performance goals in collaboration with upper management.
  • Educational requirement: a 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations.
  • Willingness to relocate after training.
  • Valid driver's license and automotive insurance.
  • Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
