Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders.
• Ability to implement merchandising programs, manage cash and inventory, motivate teams, and promote excellent customer service.
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control.
• Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management.
• Either a 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years of managing district or regional retail operations.
• Willingness to relocate after training.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance.
• Ability to multitask, stay motivated, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
