Job summary

• Must have leadership experience in a manufacturing/food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the department supervisor/manager.
• Operate and help maintain equipment within their assigned area.
• Assist with reporting problems and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Work as a team to train others and develop employees on the floor.
• Assist Supervisor in identifying problems and coaching staff for corrective actions.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety rules and plant policies.
• Follow written and oral instructions precisely.
• Verify order accuracy, perform cycle counts and inventory control to ensure records are correct.
