Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a seasoned manufacturing supervisor/manager to direct daily operations in our meat-processing facility. You will lead production, sanitation, cooking and chilling teams to meet KPIs and ensure product quality.

Collaborating with HR, L&D, maintenance and QA, you will implement SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and TQM, manage scheduling, safety, and continuous improvement, and communicate across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent.
• 3–5 years in food plant sanitation or meat-processing experience.
• Experience with QA, TQM, HACCP and Safety is a plus.
• English/Spanish bilingual would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet KPIs.
• Supervise production, sanitation, cooking and chilling teams.
• Partner with HR and L&D to build and maintain an effective supervisory team.
• Analyze operations to improve costs, quality and service.
• Ensure SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and QA programs are followed.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate shifts communication.
