Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Lead Person to manage a specific production area in a safe, efficient manner while communicating daily schedules to operators. Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing/food production setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven commitment to GMPs and SOPs, safety, and quality.
• Experience with GMP/SOP standards in a production environment.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counts, and order verification.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage tasks assigned by department supervisor/manager.
• Help maintain and operate equipment within the area.
• Report issues to improve production efficiency.
• Train and develop other employees; support supervisors.
• Coach team to anticipate problems and take corrective actions.
• Follow all GMP, SOP, safety, and plant policies.
