Qualifications

• BA in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in a multi-office leadership position
• Heavy recruiting experience
• Experience with hourly employee relations
• Experience with union employees, contracts, and negotiations
• Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
