Planned Parenthood of Maryland seeks an Area Manager - Health Center Operations to lead multiple health centers in North/Central Maryland. This field-based role focuses on performance, quality, and access, with 80% on-site and 20% remote work and regular travel.

You will hire and develop Health Center Managers, monitor budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient-centered care across sites while advancing strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years in healthcare operations leadership; at least three years supervising leaders or multi-site operations.
• Experience with ambulatory healthcare operations, budgeting, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office, EHR/EPM systems, and data analytics to evaluate productivity and financial trends.
• Active CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance, quality, and strategic execution of PPM health centers in Maryland.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Health Center Managers; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budget variances; support revenue cycle and billing compliance.
• Ensure OSHA, Title X, Medicaid/Medicare compliance; partner with clinical leadership.
• Promote patient-centered care and analyze patient satisfaction data for service recovery.
• Represent PPM in community partnerships and healthcare forums.
