Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States seeks a Senior Health Center Manager to lead a high-performing health center team and advance reproductive healthcare across the service area. You will drive operational excellence, foster an inclusive culture, and model ethical patient care.

You’ll oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, performance data, and compliance with HIPAA/CLIA/OSHA, while mentoring emerging leaders and partnering with other departments.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressively responsible leadership experience or a combination of relevant experience and education to equal six years.
• Three years’ experience managing other supervisors or team leaders.
• Work experience in health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to health center teams with integrity and empathy.
• Champion a high-performing, inclusive team culture rooted in trust and accountability.
• Oversee health center operations, staffing, and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards, SOPs, and state laws including reporting and abortion services.
• Mentor other Health Services managers and support leadership development.
• Develop and manage the health center’s financial plan, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Travel to Health Centers as needed to deliver specialized leadership and interim coverage (approx. 25%).
